Operating Instructions:
- The bottom surface of the handwheel mechanism connects to the valve, while the bracket surface connects to the cylinder. The valve shaft passes through the worm gear's inner hole, and the square end of the valve shaft matches the square hole of the cylinder.
(Operating process: During pneumatic operation, the cylinder drives the valve shaft and worm wheel to rotate together. During manual operation, the worm meshes with the worm wheel teeth, driving the rotation of the valve shaft, and the cylinder piston follows.)
- When rotating the handle to engage the worm, a tooth crowning phenomenon may occur, requiring a slight rotation of the handwheel to engage fully. When the operating handle is rotated into position, the limit screws need to be tightened.
- Loosening the limit screws with the handle in the engaged position prohibits pneumatic operation and enables manual operation. Rotate the handle to the disengaged position to separate the worm wheel and worm, enabling pneumatic operation.
- Loosening the limit screws with the handle in the disengaged position allows for pneumatic-to-manual switching. When loosening the limit screws and positioning the handle to the engaged position, a tooth crowning phenomenon may occur, requiring the handle to be rotated back and forth to ensure proper meshing of the worm wheel and worm.
- Pneumatic and manual operations cannot be driven simultaneously.
