Installation and use
Pneumatic actuators undergo necessary performance testing before leaving the factory and are adjusted according to order requirements, allowing users to install and use them directly. The bottom mounting hole design complies with ISO5211 standards, allowing for direct bracket installation.
Upon unpacking, check the product for any accidental damage and ensure all accessories are complete. Especially for products stored for an extended period, comprehensive maintenance is required before installation and use.
Before installation, verify the model specifications of the actuator and ensure they match the required thrust of the valve.
Check whether the flange dimensions of the bracket connecting the actuator to the valve match and ensure adequate installation space.
