To ensure the entire pneumatic instrument control system operates in normal working condition, pneumatic actuators should be inspected at least once a month and overhauled once a year. Keep the actuator clean, free from dust accumulation, and oil contamination on the outer surface. Ensure good sealing of the actuator, with all sealing surfaces and points intact, firm, and tightly sealed. Regularly check all parts of the cylinder and air piping system for leaks, inspect various pipe joints for air leaks, maintain normal air source pressure, prevent pipe collapse, and keep them unobstructed.

During maintenance, the cylinder sleeve and piston should be inspected and cleaned. If any damage or aging is found in the O-ring seal, it should be replaced promptly. During assembly, lubricating oil should be applied to the cylinder wall and O-ring groove, and care should be taken to slowly push the piston into the cylinder to avoid damaging the O-ring seal.
