The aluminum cylinder body, piston and end cover are the lightest in weight compared with actuators of the same specifications.
The cylinder body is made of extruded aluminum alloy and has been hard anodized. The inner surface is hard and has high strength and hardness. Sliding bearings made of low-friction materials avoid direct contact between metals, have low friction coefficient, flexible rotation, and long service life.
The installation and connection dimensions of pneumatic actuators and valves are designed according to international standards ISO5211, DIN3337 and VDI/VDE3845, and can be interchanged with ordinary pneumatic actuators.
Air supply holes comply with NAMUR standards.
The bottom shaft assembly hole of the pneumatic actuator (in compliance with ISO5211 standards) is double square, which facilitates linear or 45° angle installation of valves with square rods.
The top and top holes of the output shaft comply with NAMUR standards.
The adjustment screws at both ends can adjust the opening angle of the valve.
The same specifications include double-acting type and single-acting type (spring return).
The direction can be selected according to the needs of the valve, rotating clockwise or counterclockwise.
Install solenoid valves, positioners (opening indication), reply devices, various limit switches and manual operating devices according to user needs.
