(1).Double-acting DA series
When using a double-acting pneumatic actuator, first determine the torque of the valve. For water vapor or non-lubricated media, increase the safety value by 30%; for non-lubricated dry gas media, increase the safety value by 50%; for non-lubricated gas medium, increase the safety value by 100%. Safety value; for clean, friction-free lubricating media, add 20% safety value, and then search the double-acting pneumatic actuator torque table according to the working pressure of the air source to get the accurate DA series pneumatic actuator model.
(2).Single acting (spring return) SA series
When using a single-acting actuator, first determine the torque of the valve. For water vapor or non-lubricated media, increase the safety value by 25%; for non-lubricated dry gas media, increase the safety value by 60%; for non-lubricated gas medium, increase the safety value by 100%. Safety value; for clean, friction-free lubricating media, add 20% safety value, then look up the single-acting pneumatic actuator torque table, first check the spring return end point, and then check the air source working pressure end point. The air source pressure torque should be greater than the spring return torque , you can get the accurate model of SA series pneumatic actuator.
In the single-acting SA series output torque table, the spring return "0°" torque is the torque to close the valve, and the spring return "90°" torque is the torque to open the valve. The torque corresponding to the air source pressure "0°" is the torque to close the valve, and the torque corresponding to the air source pressure "90°" is the torque to open the valve.
