Today we focus on telling you what characteristics pneumatic actuators have:
1. Compact dual-piston gear: The rack structure is adopted, the meshing is very precise, the efficiency is higher, and the output torque is relatively constant.
2. Weight characteristics: The cylinder, piston and end cover of the pneumatic actuator are made of aluminum, which is much lighter than actuators made of other materials.
3. Cylinder performance: The cylinder is made of extruded aluminum alloy, and the surface is hard anodized. After treatment, the inner surface is hard, and the strength and hardness are significantly improved.
4. Bearing selection: The sliding bearing is adopted to effectively avoid direct contact between metal parts, and has the advantages of low friction coefficient, flexible rotation and long service life.
5. Strong compatibility with valves: The installation and connection dimensions of pneumatic actuators and valves [] are designed according to international standards ISO5211, DIN3337 and VDI/VDE3845, and can be interchanged with ordinary pneumatic actuators used previously. The air source hole meets the NAMUR standard.
6. Convenient bottom assembly: The bottom shaft assembly hole of the pneumatic actuator (in accordance with ISO5211 standard) is double square, which is convenient for linear or 45° angle installation of valves with square rods.
7. The top and bottom holes of the output shaft meet the NAMUR standard.
8. The adjustment screws at both ends can adjust the opening angle of the valve.
9. Free choice of direction: Pneumatic actuators with clockwise or counterclockwise rotation can be selected according to the needs of the valve.
10. Free selection: Solenoid valves, positioners (opening indicators), reply devices, limit switches and manual mechanisms can be selected according to user needs.
