The advantages of our products
①Wide thrust range: The ZH series double-acting actuators can provide a maximum output thrust of up to 2,000,000N, while single-acting actuators can provide a maximum output thrust of up to 150,000N (operating pressure 3-7bar).
②Surface Treatment: Before painting, the finished cylinder is placed in a shot blasting machine for degreasing, decontamination, and derusting. Then, the surface of the cylinder is scraped and polished to ensure it is smooth and flat. The painting operation is carried out within 12 hours after shot blasting to prevent re-oxidation of the cylinder surface, ensuring the smoothness and adhesion of the finished paint.
③ Painting Process: Colors can be customized according to customer requirements. For anti-corrosion paint, the first layer is epoxy zinc-rich primer, which is repeatedly sprayed three times with a primer thickness of more than 50μm. The second layer is polyurethane topcoat, which is also sprayed three times with a topcoat thickness standard of more than 50μm. The total spray thickness is controlled between 100~300μm, meeting the requirements of highly corrosive environments.
