ZH Series Double Acting Single Piston with Hydraulic Manual Pneumatic Actuator

①Wide thrust range: The ZH series double-acting actuators can provide a maximum output thrust of up to 2,000,000N, while single-acting actuators can provide a maximum output thrust of up to 150,000N (operating pressure 3-7bar).

②Cylinder process: the cylinder is made of 20# steel seamless smooth tube, the cylinder is tempered, and the inner wall of the cylinder is ground to ensure high precision line tolerance, and then the inner wall of the cylinder is plated with 0.03mm~0.05mm hard chromium, and finally polished, so as to improve the wear resistance and rust prevention ability of the cylinder and extend the service life of the pneumatic actuator.

③Standard Customization: The ZH series pneumatic actuator can be customized to fit the flange dimensions required for connecting with valves according to the user's standards. This customization facilitates installation, disassembly, and replacement for customers.

④Experience selection: In the case of unknown valve thrust, IKNOW recommends safe cylinder selection for users' reference based on years of selection experience for different types and different pressure valves.

⑤Spring Design: IKNOW customizes springs tailored to meet the thrust and stroke requirements for each valve, catering to different types and pressures of valves. Additionally, we have developed a standard library of springs for commonly used valve sizes and pressures.
