Piston Technology: The piston end adopts a design structure with a wear-resistant ring and sealing ring, which extends the service life of the sealing ring, makes its operation more stable, and prolongs the service life of the sealing ring.

 

 

Selection of Sealing Rings: High-quality NBR (Nitrile Butadiene Rubber) material is chosen for the sealing rings, which can meet the requirements of ordinary environments ranging from -20℃ to 80℃. (For high-temperature environments, FPM fluoro rubber material is selected, which can withstand temperatures from -20℃ to 250℃. For low-temperature environments, silicone rubber material is chosen, suitable for temperatures from -40℃ to 80℃.)

Q:Pneumatic Valve can't Move ?

A1:Firstly, check if the solenoid valve is functioning normally. This includes checking if the coil is burned out and if the solenoid valve core is stuck due to dirt.

Solution1: Replace the solenoid valve or coil, and remove any dirt.

 

 

A2:Secondly, conduct a separate air supply test on the actuator to check if it is working properly. If the cylinder air leakage is abnormal, disassemble the actuator to inspect whether the seals are damaged and if the inner surface of the cylinder is intact. Solution2: Replace any damaged seals or cylinders.

 

 

A3:Thirdly, impurities inside the valve causing the ball core to get stuck.

Solution3: Remove the impurities and replace the valve components.

 

 

A4:Fourthly, check the position of the manual operation mechanism's handle. Solution4: If the handle is in the manual position, move the handle to the automatic position.
