Installation and User Instructions:
- The pneumatic actuator has undergone necessary performance testing before leaving the factory and has been adjusted according to the order requirements. Users can generally install and use it directly. The bottom mounting hole design complies with the ISO5211 standard, allowing direct installation of brackets.
- After opening the package, check whether the product is damaged and whether all the accompanying parts are complete. Especially for products that have been stored for a long time, they should be fully maintained before installation and use.
- Before installing the actuator and valve, check the model specifications to ensure they match the thrust requirements of the valve.
- Check whether the flange size of the bracket connecting the actuator to the valve matches and whether there is sufficient installation space.
- If selecting pneumatic/manual switching mechanism, after installing the actuator, verify that the working status of the switching mechanism matches the actual situation to prevent misoperation. For valves equipped with manual operation mechanisms, during the spring reset (closing the valve) or pneumatic opening (closing) process, "pneumatic-manual" switching should not be used at any opening.
