The pneumatic actuator triplet is an important part of the pneumatic control system. It is mainly used for the stable operation of the pneumatic control actuator. The triplex usually consists of three main components: air filter, pressure regulating valve and lubricator, referred to as FRL. These three components perform their respective duties in the pneumatic system and jointly ensure the normal operation of the system.
1. Filter
The air filter is the first component in the triple component. Its main function is to filter impurities, dust and moisture in the compressed air. Since the air often contains moisture and particulate matter, if these impurities enter the pneumatic actuator, it will cause equipment wear, corrosion, and even failure. The air filter filters these impurities to ensure that the air entering the system is clean and extends the service life of the equipment.

2. Regulator
The function of the pressure regulating valve is to control the air pressure in the pneumatic system. The pneumatic system requires stable pressure to ensure that the actuator works accurately. The pressure regulating valve helps maintain appropriate air pressure and prevents the actuator from being unstable or damaged due to too high or too low air pressure. By adjusting the knob of the pressure regulating valve, the appropriate output pressure can be set, usually the air pressure range is 0.1 to 1.0 MPa. Stable air pressure is the basis for the accurate operation of pneumatic control systems.
3. Lubricator
Lubricators are used to provide the right amount of lubricant to pneumatic systems. When pneumatic actuators and other pneumatic components are working, wear will occur due to friction. The function of the lubricator is to inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the air flow to ensure that the moving parts inside the actuator are lubricated, thereby reducing friction, reducing wear, and extending the equipment's life. service life. The oil volume of the lubricator is usually adjustable and can be adjusted according to actual needs.
These three components work closely together to ensure stable, long-term reliable operation of the pneumatic system. By cleaning the air, stabilizing air pressure and providing lubrication, triplex components play a vital role in pneumatic control systems.
